These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotes issued by Airlines Group Travel, a trading name of Airfare Services USA LLC.

Quotes

A quote is an offer to book at a stated price, subject to the airline still holding that inventory when you accept. Quotes are not a confirmed booking and they expire on the date stated on the quote itself. Airline group inventory moves, and a quote that is not accepted may need to be repriced.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation to book.

Bookings and deposits

Seats are held once the stated deposit is received. The deposit amount, the balance due date and the passenger-name deadline are set by the operating airline and are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Failure to supply passenger names or the balance by the stated deadline may result in the airline releasing the held seats. We will remind you before that happens.

Changes and cancellation

Group contracts normally permit a percentage of the block to be released without penalty before the ticketing deadline, and permit passenger names to be changed until that deadline. The exact terms differ by airline and are stated on your quote.

After tickets are issued, the airline fare rules apply and may not permit changes or refunds.

Promotional voucher

Voucher code AGT40 entitles the holder to $40 off a group booking, applied once per booking at the time of reservation by phone. It cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Travel documents

Passengers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documentation required for the itinerary. We will flag obvious requirements but the responsibility rests with the traveller.

Liability

We act as an agent between you and the operating airline. The carriage itself is governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage. We are responsible for the accuracy of the booking we make on your behalf.
