Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Airlines Group Travel, operated by Airfare Services USA LLC, does with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number and the travel details you enter: origin, destination, dates, passenger count, cabin and any message you add. If you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address only.

We also record the page the enquiry came from, your IP address and your browser user agent. These are kept to help us spot automated abuse of the form and to understand which pages generate genuine enquiries.

Why we collect it

To price your itinerary and respond with a quote, to contact you about that enquiry, and to keep a record of the booking. If you subscribed, to send you group travel offers until you ask us to stop.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to book your travel, such as passing passenger details to the operating airline.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single cookie is used to keep an administrator signed in to the private admin area, and it is not set for ordinary visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will action the request.
