About Airlines Group Travel

Airlines Group Travel is a group travel agency operated by Airfare Services USA LLC, based in Dover, Delaware. Since 2022 we have done one thing: move parties of 10 or more from A to B without the process falling apart.

What we actually do

Airlines sell group seats through a separate channel from the one you search online. Each carrier runs a group desk with its own inventory, its own fare rules, its own deposit terms and its own deadlines. We hold relationships with those desks, which means we can price your itinerary across every airline that flies it and come back with options rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it number.

The saving is part of it. The bigger value for most organisers is structural: a fixed price from the day you book, seats held without names, and the ability to release a portion of the block if numbers drop.

How we work

• Every quote is free and carries no obligation.
• Fares, deposits and deadlines are confirmed in writing before you commit.
• A named specialist handles your booking from quote to ticketing.
• Support lines are open 24 hours, including the night before departure.

Who we book for

Corporate teams, destination weddings, sports squads, school and university groups, faith and pilgrimage travel, touring performers and crew. The contract terms differ considerably between them, which is rather the point of using an agency instead of a booking engine.
