Emirates Group Booking
Emirates flies the world’s largest A380 fleet, which is precisely what a 60-person group wants: enough seats on one aircraft that nobody gets split onto a later departure. Dubai connects onward across Asia, Africa and the Indian Ocean.

How a Emirates group booking works
Emirates treats 10 or more passengers travelling on the same flight as a group. That moves your booking out of the public fare buckets and onto a contracted group fare, which behaves differently in three ways that matter to an organiser.
The price is fixed when you book, not when you pay. Public fares climb as seats sell, so a party of 30 booked individually over several weeks can end up paying three different prices. A group contract locks one fare for the whole block from the day the deposit clears.
You do not need the names yet. Seats are held against the group, not against individuals. You supply the passenger list before the ticketing deadline, which is usually several weeks out. Anyone who drops off the list before that point can normally be released without penalty, within the percentage written into your contract.
Everyone sits together. Seats come out of one block on one flight, rather than whatever singles happen to be left in the cabin.
Emirates hubs and connections
Emirates operates through a single hub, which determines how your group routes:
As a Independent carrier, Emirates group fares can often be written through to partner-operated flights on the same ticket, which keeps a single booking reference for the whole journey.
When to book
Three to eleven months before departure is the practical window. Each flight carries a finite amount of group inventory, and on Emirates the peak-season departures, holiday dates and convention weeks are committed first. Last-minute group space does exist, but it prices poorly and rarely seats everyone together.
Emirates group booking FAQs
Why do large groups choose Emirates?
Aircraft size. An A380 carries well over 400 passengers, so even a party of 80 can travel on a single flight rather than being split across departures.
What is the Emirates group minimum?
Ten passengers travelling on the same flights, in line with the industry standard.
Does Emirates offer group fares in business class?
It does, and on A380 routes the business cabin is large enough to hold a meaningful block. We quote economy and business side by side so you can compare.
